Description
A Sublease Agreement is a legal contract that allows a tenant (the sublessor) to lease part or all of their rented space to another individual or business (the sublessee), typically for a portion of the remaining lease term. This document is commonly used when the original tenant cannot occupy the premises for a certain period or no longer requires the entire space, yet remains liable under the original lease.
